Eleana Chou is a Senior Property Manager at GI Property Management and is responsible for all day-to-day operations at One Wilshire. She oversees critical infrastructure management, budgeting and forecasting, capital planning, lease administration and maintaining customer relationships.

Prior to joining GI Property Management, Eleana was with Digital Realty, where she managed the Southwest portfolio, consisting of over 1 million square feet in the greater Los Angeles and Phoenix/Chandler area. Eleana earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
